About the Role:
Car Lux is looking for a fast, organized BDC Representative to respond to internet leads and set appointments for our sales team. Your main goal is to get customers into the dealership.
Car Lux is looking for a fast, organized BDC Representative to respond to internet leads and set appointments for our sales team. Your main goal is to get customers into the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Contact new internet leads within minutes using our call, voicemail, and text follow-up process.
- Set qualified appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
- Transfer customers asking about out-the-door pricing or financing to a Sales Representative right away.
- Follow up to confirm Sales contacted the customer, and escalate to management if they didn't.
- Log all calls, texts, and appointments accurately in the CRM.
- Meet daily goals for response time, contacts, and appointments set.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive BDC, call center, or customer service preferred.
- Clear, professional phone and text communication.
- Comfortable using a CRM and multitasking on a computer.
- Reliable, organized, and good at follow-through.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Able to work weekends is required.
